If your requested due date cannot be met, we will be in contact. If you have a strict deadline please inform us in the additional information section at checkout, or contact us upon placing the order to let us know. Same day turnaround cannot be guaranteed for orders placed past 2pm.

Pickup orders: Your selected turnaround determines when your order will be ready at our shop.

Shipping orders: Turnaround time covers production only—shipping time is additional and depends on the delivery method you choose at checkout.

Please note we are open from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside of this timeframe will be processed within the next business day. Our ability to meet your requested turnaround time also depends on when proofs are approved and if files need editing.

Design File Type

If you select 'I have a PDF with Crops & Bleed' but your file requires edits like resizing or your uploaded file is not a print ready pdf, you will be subject to an additional charge in post.

If you select 'I don't have a design, I want Copy Cats to Design for me' please select upload artwork later, and we will be in contact with you to get an idea of what kind of design you are looking for. You will get two free revisions of the design with this selection, please inspect proofs thoroughly and explain what you would like clearly.
