Custom-printed postcards are the perfect way to send personalized messages with a professional touch. Whether for business promotions, holiday greetings, or personal notes, our postcards can be tailored to your specific needs.
For postcards that will be mailed, certain format regulations need to be followed so that the post office can accept them. If these Regulations are not followed, the postcards will be returned to you by the post office.
Indicia Clear Zone:
On the top right corner of the postcard there should be an area with no printed content for postage.
Mailing Address Clear Zone:
The Mailing address for your piece should be in an unprinted 3.5 x 2.125-inch rectangle on the right, above the barcode clear zone. From the bottom of the card to the top of the Mailing Address Clear Zone should be at least 2.75 inches (including the barcode clear zone).
Barcode Clear Zone:
The Barcode Clear Zone is a .625-inch tall unprinted area where the post office can place barcodes or other print details at their discretion.
No Mailing Information Area:
Mailing information can only be in the specified areas. In the remaining area, there can be graphics and text but NO mailing information.
Don't forget to include your return address in the top left.
