When you select yes to a proof, we will create the cut line for the cutouts and send you a file to approve before we move on to production.
If you select No:
- You are authorizing our team to:
- Crop and size the image appropriately
- Make minor adjustments for the best print quality
- Our designers will use their professional judgment, and we’ll make it look great
- By selecting “No Proof,” you acknowledge that you trust our team and will be happy with the final product

Photo Quality:
- Use clear, close up photos
- Use a well lit image
- Avoid group photos & Blurry Images
Images from Phones
- Upload Photos at actual size.
- Do not Screenshot images.
- Do not compress images.
- Always select ‘Original’, “Full Size” or “High Quality” options when sharing, emailing or uploading.
- When Emailing, DO NOT paste images into the body of the email, Attach them as files.
