Trying to place a reorder or a job from the previous site? Don't worry, we have all the records of those orders in our system!

If you placed any orders on the old website and had your account automatically migrated by us when this new site became live, your previous orders have already been added to your account. They can be found under the "My Account" dropdown when you click "Completed web order".

If you had to sign up for the website, this means you are either a new user or you hadn't placed an order on the old website within the 12 months before the new site went live. If you were the latter, then we do have your order history, but you will not find it in Completed Web Orders.

If you are trying to reorder something that was not ordered on your account in the previous site, you will not find it in Completed Web Orders. You can use the order form that is most like what you are looking to reorder, and write in the special instructions in the product form or at checkout to let us know your reorder number.


In the "Completed Web Order" page, you will find a list of the job numbers and job titles from the previous website. Here you can use the search function to search for the product you are trying to reorder by the job number or the job title. When you find the product you are looking for, you can click "Reorder".

Clicking the Reorder button will lead you to the quote page, where the name and reorder number will be automatically populated into the form. Here, you can add additional instructions, add new quantities, upload new files, etc. Please also add your FOAPAL information in the special instructions so that we can process the order quickly. When we receive the quote, we will convert it into an order.
